Fares and estimates

The fare shown on this website is an estimate, worked out as (trip distance + 10 km) × ₹20 per km, with a round trip counting the distance both ways. The final fare is the one we confirm on WhatsApp before your trip starts. If your route changes on the day, the fare changes with the actual distance run.

What is extra

  • Toll, state permit and entry taxes, charged as actually paid
  • Parking charges where they apply
  • Driver night allowance on multi-day outstation trips, told to you in advance
  • Waiting beyond the free waiting time agreed for your booking

Booking and confirmation

A booking exists once we have confirmed it on WhatsApp or by phone. A search on this website is not a booking, and a message you have not sent is not a booking.

Cancellation

Tell us as early as you can and there is normally no charge. If a driver has already travelled to your pickup point, we may ask for the running cost of that trip. We will always say so before charging anything.

Luggage

Each vehicle has a stated luggage capacity. If you are carrying more than usual, tell us when booking so we can send the right vehicle — a driver cannot safely overload a car on arrival.

Passengers

The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity; this is a legal limit, not a preference. Please carry a valid photo ID on outstation trips.

Delays beyond our control

We plan for traffic, but we cannot promise arrival times through road closures, weather, accidents or political disruption. For a flight or train, please book with sensible margin.

Conduct

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle. A driver may end a trip if passengers behave unsafely or abusively.

Liability

We take reasonable care of you and your belongings, but we cannot accept liability for items left behind in the vehicle. Tell us quickly and we will do our best to recover them.
