RK Tours and Travels runs from Police Station Road in Ganeshpeth Colony, a few minutes from the Nagpur bus stand and the railway station. We do three things: local trips around Nagpur, airport pickups and drops at any hour, and outstation journeys across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Telangana.

The reason customers come back is not complicated. The car that turns up is the car we promised, the driver knows the route, and the fare is the one we quoted. That sounds like a low bar until you have been let down by a cab on the morning of a flight.

Transparent pricing, stated in public

Our rate is ₹20 per kilometre for every vehicle in the fleet. We add 10 km to cover the driver reaching your pickup, and a round trip counts the distance both ways. That is the whole formula, and it is why this website can show you a fare before you talk to anyone — there is nothing to hide behind a phone call.

Toll, state permit and parking are charged as actually paid, because they depend on your route. We tell you the likely total on WhatsApp before you confirm.

The fleet

A Swift Dzire for city runs and airport transfers, an Ertiga or Innova Crysta when the family is travelling, a Thaar for hill routes and rough roads, and a 12-seater Tempo Traveller for groups. Every vehicle is a recent model, cleaned and checked before it goes out.

Drivers

Our drivers do this professionally, not as a side job. They know the Nagpur–Pune, Nagpur–Hyderabad and Nagpur–Shirdi runs by heart, they drive at a speed families are comfortable with, and they are used to travelling with elderly passengers and children.
