What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no login and no database. What you type into the booking form stays in your own browser — it is put into the web address of the results page so the page can price your trip, and it is never sent to a server of ours.

What you send us

When you tap Book Now, your browser opens WhatsApp with the booking details written out. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. From that point we hold what you sent us: your name as it appears on WhatsApp, your phone number, and the trip details.

How we use it

Only to arrange and complete your trip — allotting a driver, confirming the fare, and contacting you about that booking. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside our own drivers and office staff, except where the law requires it.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta) — carries the message you choose to send, under their own privacy policy.
Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google and loads only on that page.
OpenStreetMap and OSRM — used to work out a road distance when your destination is not one of our listed routes. Only the place names you typed are sent, never your identity.

Keeping it

Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp for as long as we need them for our records and for any dispute about a trip. Ask us and we will delete your conversation.

Children

This service is meant for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
